What sources do you support at founding?
Smartsheet first. Structured CSV/Excel export if you’re elsewhere. Other native PM-tool connectors are coming soon — join the waitlist with your contact info and the source you want to use.
Do leaders need to log in?
No. They get the digest by email and open each project’s one-pager from a secure link — no ProjectBeat account, no Smartsheet login. Links can be short-lived / magic-link style so access stays email-gated.
Where do the PDFs live?
Hosted securely. The digest links to each project’s one-pager.
Who sends the email?
You do. We draft it; your team customizes and sends.
How do I know my project information is private and secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per customer workspace, and minimized to what the one-pagers need. We don’t use your project content to train public models. Founding is mid-market PMO status use; regulated PHI/PII under a BAA is explicitly gated until those agreements and controls are in place.
